What restaurant(s) do you have no desire to try & why?

Hollywood & Vine ~ ate there once and you couldn't pay me enough to go back!

Ones we haven't tried... and probably won't, lol:

Marrakesh
Biergarten
Hacienda de San Angel
Cap'n Jacks
Spirit of Aloha
Mickey's Backyard BBQ
Shutter's
Boatwrights

You typed up my list!

Marrakesh - don't care for this type of food
Biergarten - rather not spend our down time sitting with strangers
Hacienda de San Angel -don't care for Mexican food
Cap'n Jacks - allergic to most seafood
Boatwrights -didn't look exciting when I stayed at POR
Planet Hollywood, Rainforest Cafe & anywhere loud.
Teppan Edo - wouldn't like it enough to justify the salt

One's we have no interest in trying are:
- Biergarten - the menu just doesn't look to appealing to us and not big on the whole sharing our table with strangers thing.
- Shutters - Have read many bad reviews on this place therefor not worth the trek to go see for ourselves.
- Merakeesh (sp) - I may try it if I ever was on a solo trip, but there is nothing there that would be appealing to my DH or both my DDs.

One's we have tried and have no interest in returning:
- Captain Jack's - just did not like this one at all
- Hollywood and Vine - the food was not good, the restaurant had lots of dirty tables around us and food all over the floor, and the service was not great. As for the breakfast, we won't be trying this either mainly because our kids are too old for the characters that are there.
- Garden Grill - didn't care for the food very much, however the character interaction was very good.
- ABC Commissary - Yuck!!!
- Chef Mickey's - ate there twice (dinner and breakfast) and both times we had horrible service, the food was just so-so, and the characters hardly spent any time at our table. This was a been there done that sort of deal therefore it will be a while before we decide to go back. We have other character meals that we enjoy going to before this one.
- 1900 Park Fare Dinner only - we love the breakfast...not so much the dinner, however the characters are a hoot.

Other than character meals, I'll try anything once. That said, here are the places off my list:

Casey's
Biergarten
Le Cellier--always enjoyed until the last trip. Screaming kids and prime rib so rare it almost mooed. Ugh!
Nine Dragons--better Chinese food at home and rude server
Yakitori House

We must be in the minority, but Tony's wasn't bad when we went there. Yes, it's a bit "Olive Garden", but everyone enjoyed their dinner--including my DH who is 100% Italian.

Hollywood & Vine. Theme-less American buffet with characters that don't appeal to me at all.

Biergarten. Not a fan of German food except where it overlaps Polish (kielbasa & kraut) and don't really care for buffets as a rule, so it just doesn't do anything for me.

Nine Dragons. I can get excellent Chinese food within an hour of my house for half the price.

Turf Club, Olivia's, and Maya Grill. Nothing against the menus, but we don't drive at WDW and they're all too out of the way and located at resorts I doubt we'll try any time soon.

As far as places we've been that I have no desire to go back to, CRT for the mediocre food and rushed character interaction, Ohana for the meat-centric menu that just isn't that appealing to me, and Boma for the fact that while good for a buffet we'd rather be waited on at the end of a long day in the parks.

We've been to most of the non-signature restaurants; the few we have not been to and probably won't go to:

50s Primetime and Whispering Canyon...not into that type of interaction, and the menus don't wow us enough to put up with the themes.
Chinese & Japanese restaurants at Epcot...get better Asian food locally for far less cost.

Places we'll not return to:
Hollywood & Vine...mediocre food and terrible service
'Ohana...annoying entertainment, cold food, mediocre service
Yachtsman Steakhouse...mediocre steaks not worthy of signature status
Liberty Tree Tavern...dinner meal is adequate, but not worth returning without the characters. Lunch was just OK--food was very salty at lunch; tried the toffee dessert and thought it was way too sweet (prefer the version they do at Rose & Crown in Epcot)

My DW refuses to go to the "yacking" yeti just because of that name. I have no interest in TRex because of the noise and menu.

I went to the flying fish for breakfast when kouzzina was being created. It was beautiful inside that restaurant. I would like to try dinner, but I just don't think my family can find anything they would eat for those prices.

Citricos may be a great restaurant, but it looks way too formal for me at WDW.

Biergarten - Because I live in Wisconsin and can get German food any time I want.

Keeping strictly to the question: Nine Dragons and Teppan Edo because quality Chinese and hibachi are easy to find in our town. There are several other restaurants we have eaten at that we would prefer to skip from now on.

CRT-The reviews for the food are almost always and I don't really want to meet the Princesses, maybe when we have a little one I will change my mind.

Teppan Edo-Too much grease!

Chef Mickey-I have been to the one in Paris which was not a buffet and it was fab, this one does not appeal to me.

No interest in trying:
WCC and Ohana -- all-you-can eat slabs of meat, just doesn't really appeal to me.
Rainforest Cafe - why go to a chain restaurant while at Disney.
Many of the Qs -- just no interest in most Qs.

Wouldn't go back:
Chef Mickey's -- I know the buffets are about the characters, not the food. But the food was sooooo bad.

At some point or another, we are likely to try every WDW restaurant. But as to the one's I'm not especially looking forward to:

Shutters - discouraging reviews and little atmosphere mean a definite lack of excitement for this place. But some of the reviews seem to be getting better...

Hollywood and Vine - same as above, except for the reviews getting better part

Planet Hollywood - our local branch has shut down. No one around here seems to have noticed

Sand Trap, All-Star Cafe - very remote. But least in the former's case, perhaps that can be a good thing?

T-REX - just annoyed in general with the Landry's chain right now.

Restaurants on my "not looking forward to" list which we have made it to:

1900 Park Fare - and indeed I wasn't disappointed

50s Prime Time - actually wasn't bad! Experience not good the first time (mainly because I wasnt in the right mood), better the second time.

Biergarten - I don't really like german food, or at least the menu they have.
50s PT - I'm afraid the waitress will yell at me, which isn't my idea of fun :lmao:
T-Rex - seems like Rainforest cafe which I don't like.

TREX and rainforest cafe - because rainforest cafe at home is horrible and loud

Garden Grill - saw it last time and it looked too open. those chipmunks would freak me out :)

50's primetime - the menu doesnt interest me at all and the servers bugging me would be a pain

sci-fi - not until they use less-scary movies

Ooh...this is a fun one, but a hard one at that because I like to try new things and am a vegan!

Hoop Dee Doo Revue
Akershus
Mickey's Backyard BBQ
Diamond Horseshoe
Cape May-Dinner
Rose and Crown
Tutto

I have zero interest in

Hollywood & Vine - Consistently bad reviews & we already found some buffets we like..we'll stick with those

Tony's Town Square - Bad reviews make me gun shy

Restaurant Marrakesh - Not my kind of food

Cinderella's Royal Table - Overpriced, mediocre food...no thanks!

Nine Dragons - I can get good Chinese food at home...no thanks!

T-Rex or Rainforest Cafe - Loud and overpriced

Hollywood and Vine because of the consistently horrible reviews.

I will NEVER go to Columbia Harbor House again either--chicken that tastes like fish isn't appealing to me :-(

I second Columbia Harbor house, I've been once and thought it was disgusting. I was very surprised to see how many people love it.

Biergarten - Because I live in Wisconsin and can get German food any time I want.

I agree. ( we did try sommerfest last trip, and while it was ok- it was not a "Sheboygan Brat" - we are very spoiled:))
My list of not interested in is:
Any thing Indian, Mexican, or Chinese - we have a awesome authentic Mexican place here that I don't think even WDW can top! The rest I don't care for.
