People keep wanting to go with me in sept for free dining. Where should we stay with 9 people, 2 of us are under 3

The best accommodations for big parties are at moderate and value resorts, specifically POR, CSR, AoA and POP.

Depends on which Dining Plan you want. Value resorts offer Quick Serve for "Free", if you want the full plan you can upgrade or move to Moderate. If you have more than 2 adults in your room you will also have to add the additional adult fees. Crunching the numbers will tell you if value or moderate are the best choice.

we have 8 of us going in September with fd, we are bringing my stepson and his family which includes 2 little ones 2years old and a baby turning 1 during the trip, also 2 co workers of mine .other then 1 co worker the rest have never been to disney.I booked us all at cbr as its my favorite moderate resort, We have stayed there numerous times and love it there , since we are paying for stepsons trip and it would be to much cost for a deluxe, moderates were the way to go and cbr is my number 1 choice. I know all of us will have a great stay there, love the pool area and hot tubs and of course all the quiet pools, food court is great! beautiful grounds, hammocks on the beach area, never had any issues with the bus transportation or housekeeping. I know alot of people complain about the double beds but for us it isnt any issue. I would recommend this resort highly!
