what radio station for weather/news while at the Fort?

we have always had trouble nailing down a local news/weather station on the radio while staying a the Fort. any locals or frequent campers know of a local radio station that we can tune to in the AM and PM to find out the news of the day and the local weather while we are getting ready or winding down from our day?

There is a talk radio station that has regular news and weather, it has a very strong AM signal but I dont recall what frequency it is. It is similar to WJR where I live, I do know that from 12-3 Rush Limbaugh is on.

WDBO is a great radio station, good morring drive with news traffic and weather.
WFLA is the "Rush Limbaugh" station in Orlando.
Covers both Orlando and Tampa, I think.
WORL is a "Moneytalk" format. Tiny little 1000 watt signal.

For my money, WDBO is one of America's best 5kw radio stations, and will give you all the top of the hour local information you'll need.
While only 5000 watts, it's a good signal and you'll have no problem picking it up day or night in the Disney/Orlando area.
It's what we listen to when we're in Orlando.
