What proof peppermint schnapps do you put in your hot chocolate?

Last year we got a bottle of Rumple Minze, which is 100 proof. It was just too strong for our hot chocolate.

Unfortunately, our local liquor store only had 100 and 99 proof Peppermint schnapps. What proof do you use? Do you find it too "alcoholy"?

I just use Bailey's mint chocolate Irish cream.

Can't help you on peppermint schnapps, but for a different treat, try adding Buttershots to your hot chocolate. Yum!

We don't ever drink hot cocoa, but we're known to put Bailey's in our lattes at home. Yum! Heaven in a cup!

We use schnapps in glühwein and champagne punch, but dark rum for hot cocoa
