What parks on what days this holiday season?

We will be at the parks over new years and I am having a difficult time trying to figure out what parks to reserve on what days? We have never been during this time so we know to expect it to be crazy and I think if it was pre-covid I would choose to go to Magic Kingdom on the 30th and EPCOT on the 31st. Think that is still the way to go? I am hoping there will be fireworks by then, certainly a lessening of the mask mandates, maybe parades.
