What order would you do these ADR's? Most popular ones first?

My ADR window is approaching soon and I am trying to figure out in what order to do the reservations. I want to do the most important or popular first. I have the days and times figured out, just need to know what order to do them. Is this an okay order or should I switch some around?

CRT
Tusker House
Crystal Palace
Ohana
Princess Breakfast @ Akershus
Coral Reef
Supercalifragilistic Breakfast
Chef Mickeys
Mama Melroses F! package
50's PT cafe
Via Napoli
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Cape May Cafe
Grand Floridian Cafe
Sci-Fi
Rain Forest Cafe
T-Rex

I would try for them in this order:

CRT
Mama Melroses F! package
Ohana
Chef Mickeys
Princess Breakfast @ Akershus
Tusker House
Crystal Palace
Supercalifragilistic Breakfast
Via Napoli
Coral Reef
50's PT cafe
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Cape May Cafe
Sci-Fi
Rain Forest Cafe
T-Rex
Grand Floridian Cafe

One caveat I'd add is I just ordered them based on how hard to get I feel they are. If there's a particular ADR that is super important to you, or you have no flexibilty on the time, then that would move up the list.

Thanks! I didnt know that the MM F! package would be hard...

If you want Crystal Palace for an Pre-Park opening Breakfast you might need to move it up the list.

I completely agree! And the F! package is definitely more difficult to get than you think. I waited to book it last time and it was completely unavailable. I'll never make that mistake again. :) And don't forget if they tell you T-Rex isn't available, call the restaurant direct. They have tons of times that aren't listed as part of Disney's online reservations. Good luck!!

Our past two trips we've done late character breakfasts when we go to MK EMH and it works out wonderfully! Once we did Chef Mickey's at 10:45 and the next trip we did O'hana at around the same time.

Good luck with your ADRs! I've only made two so far for our trip -- Garden Grove one night for dinner and V&A for me & DH another night (grandparents will watch the kids). I've got to figure out the rest as soon as I nail down park days, and make my ressie at the Swan :)

butting into this post but where can i get the number for the restaurant? nothing in a weeks span is available in september.

Just putting in my 2 cents worth, you can make your TRex and Rainforest Cafe reservations directly with the resturaunts by calling them seperately. That is how I always do it. They don't allot very many for Disney to book, so you will have no trouble getting the time you want by just calling them direct after you have palced all other reservations. I don't have the numbers here off hand, but I am sure you can search and find them.

If you are trying for Ohana dinner, I would move that to the top of your list. Then CRT. Outside of that, I think LittleStinkerbelle gave you a good order.

Unless you absolutely need 805 or 810 for CRT, you can move it down the list three or four places. It doesn't fill immediately except on a very few of those extra-busy days.

In fact, if you're booking right at 180 days, there are very few you need to be concerned about at all. I'd probably put the Fantasmic dinner first. Also, it seems that Sci-Fi sometimes fills quicker than we might expect, so you might want to move it up your list. Early times for breakfasts and prime times for dinners are the things that will drive your chances of getting what you want.

And if you really want to optimize your time, type your credit card number into a text file so that you can copy and paste it, rather than typing it repeatedly.

finally - if something pops up as completely filled at day 180, given that you're not looking at an especially busy time of year (unless you're looking at Thanksgiving weekend), I'd say it's more likely that the seatings are not loaded into the system than it is that the place has filled. The CMs may say otherwise, but check back each day or so in that case.

I think a lot of this depends on the meals and times you want...as well as how flexible you are with times.

For example, if you want CRT breakfast on a non-EMH morning for the 8am time slot...that may be the best to book first. If it's CRT dinner and you're trying to get it early enough so you're out for MSEP, you may want to do it 2nd. Any other time slot or meal and you could bump it farther down in the order.

Alternately, if you're looking for 'Ohana dinner and you're trying to time it with fireworks, you may want to make that your #1.

I'm just barely a week away from my day 180 mark and as obsessive as it sounds, I've been checking the website each day around 9am ET to see any trends in the current day's 180 bookings for the top things I want. You might try that for some of your harder to book spots to see if that helps you hash out the top few positions on your list.

That F! pkg can also go fast, and I'd probably move up all of the character meals if you're really set on times.
