We are going to MK for 1 day only on a Sunday, coming up. NOT staying for EMH at night. We squeezed in this day to our vacation and I couldn't be happier!!!!

told everyone to pick only 1 ride and with the enforcement of fast passes I am not sure in what order to these rides... We will be arriving at park opening. Which ones do you anticipate would run out of fast passes sooner, what order should we do these in?

POTC
Splash Mountain
Big Thunder Mountain
Peter Pan
Haunted Mansion
Buzz light year

It would just help me a bit to know what date you are going? Thanks!

POTC and Haunted Mansion don't have FP, but they load lots of people quickly.

I'm no expert, but I would say go to BTMRR and SM first thing, since those are next to each other and are very popular. I would ride one and get a FP for the other if I couldn't just ride stand by in a short line for each. Then I would ride Haunted Mansion or POTC.

The line Peter Pan will probably grow all day, so I would probably get a FP for it too while I enjoyed other Fantasyland rides.

If you do the other lands first, you will have to get a FP for Buzz and ride later. Since all of your other attractions are on the other side of the park, I would plan for a FP on Buzz and ride other things until the FP return time.

Hope that helps!

We just got back on Sunday. Last Friday, we got to Magic Kingdom 30 minutes before opening. We got to watch a cool "opening" show. Then we headed towards BTMR. We walked on BTMR, grabbed a fast pass for it then walked on to Splash Mountain. That is what I would do unless you only wanted to ride BTMR once.

Then I would go to tomorrowland. If you didn't get a fast pass for BTMR grab your fast pass for Buzz or ride it. I found the park for the first 1 1/2 was not bad. After that it was crazy! We left right after lunch and came back later in the evening.

Then after you tour tomorrowland, go get your Peter Pan fast pass.

Have fun! I hope you get all you rides in!:)

and it may vary from others is that Peter Pan and Splash Mountain usually have the longer waits and fastpass times.

If you will be there when the park opens, head to Peter Pan first. It can be walk on early in the morning and 60-90 minutes in the afternoon.

If you want to ride Splash in the hotter part of the day, you may want to do BTMRR first. The last couple of trips the fastpass return times have been around 45 - 50 minutes later. By then Splash times should be in the afternoon.

As mentioned above HM and POTC don't have fastpasses but the lines are usually shorter. POTC is often almost a walk on later inn the evening. Both are close to SM and BTMRR and could be used to fill time.

Buzz should not have a long fastpass wait time.

Also, I wanted to add, on our vacation last week, we went to Magic Kingdom also on Thursday. By lunchtime, there was a big downpour that lasted and lasted and lasted...BTRM and Splash mountain were closed for the rest of the day and we didn't even get to ride them. That is why on Friday, we headed straight to them. It was suppose to do the same thing on Friday so I wanted to make sure we got to ride them. Peter Pan, POTC, and Buzz are all in doors. If it's calling for rain, I would suggest getting BTMR and Splash out of the way.

Agree :thumbsup2 Peter Pan would be my first stop for a FP. POTC and HM we have almost always walked on, especially Pirates, HM the longest wait was about 20 minutes!

You could do it a bunch of ways. We don't mind criss-crossing a bit, but some folks hate that. I would do this:

1. Ride Peter Pan

2. To Splash/BTMRR area. Get FP for one, ride the other (would choose which is ride now by line at the moment and mood of the group...if I tie, get FP for Splash, ride BTMRR - check and plan for when you will be able to get next FP...which will determine when you need to be back in Frontierland.

3. Go round the corner to Pirates

4. Head over to Mansion

(Is it time for the next FP yet?)

5. Buzz (maybe with a FP depending on your times from first FP)

No Space Mountain? Adding that would change everything.

Based on your small list:

FP PP on your way through, ride Splash and BTMRR SB

Ride POTC

Ride HM

Ride PP with FP

Go to Buzz - depending on how long you're staying you may FP it and fill with other stuff
