It depends on what you are looking for- I go different places when i am looking for different types of items.

Paper Piercing is using a needle with a template or a tool that looks like a wheel with lots of needles and making holes in a paper- sometimes people just leave the wholes and sometimes people put ribbon or thread through the holes.
