I was sitting here the other day and I heard this very loud "popping" noise inside of my fridge.. Went to see what it was and I found that one of the 8 rolls of Pillsbury Biscuits I had purchased (with coupons - on sale a couple of weeks ago) had exploded all over the place!!
Took it out - looked at the expiration date (not even close to expiring) and figured it was just a fluke..
Evidently not.. The next day, 2 more exploded - and within the past 24 hours, all of the rest exploded..
Doesn't seem to be anything wrong with my fridge.. Not too cold, not too warm - no wildly fluctuating temperatures in here - and no other pressurized items in the fridge have exploded.. So - what could have caused it?
Is it something I should report to Pillsbury - in case there is an issue with those particular lots - or should I just include it in my memoirs of "2011 At The Lake"? ..
I think this week I'll buy the store brand instead.. LOL..
Poor DD didn't get the Monkey Bread she'd been looking forward to having when she came up this weekend..
Anyone else ever have this happen?
