What non-preferred building should I request for CBR?

I often wondered about this as well. Thanks OP for asking.

DW and I will be in the parks and by the pool mostly. Figured we didn't need a fancy room since we'll hardly be in it except to sleep, shower and get ready to head back out to the parks.
