What might this be about?

Just made reservations for the GF today and the CM asked how many times I have been to WDW, how many times my mom has been and my 27 yo daughter. Also asked about what years we were there. It seemed a little odd but then I thought maybe she would give me a break on the price. No such luck though, anyone have this happen to them? Or do you think they will do something later?

I wondered that also. They confirm we've been there 6 times since 1997. They do this every time. Are their any cm's out there that know why????

Those are the standard survey questions that they ask when you call (not a real person, a voice mail system where you key in answers) so maybe the automatic survey system was not working.

Wouldn't that be great to have discounts based on the amount of times you visit? I wonder if they have ever thought of that. Kind of like frequent flyer miles?

I know they also ask because they want to be sure and update you on any policy changes, any new additions to WDW and to give you a chance to ask questions about what's new since the last time you visited.

I don't know how their system works, but when I made my reservation for June the CM said, "So the last time you visited us was in Jun 2001?" We go several times a year, every year and we have even stayed at this resort 3 times since that trip. It also seems that they never have any record of anyone else in my family but me. I always have to repeat all the info every time I make a reservation. What am I doing wrong?
