What kind of coffeemaker at Disneyland Hotel?

Okay I have the answer, I called the front desk at the Disneyland Hotel. There used to be complimentary coffee in the lobby, but now that the towers are completed there are coffee makers in all rooms. Depending on the tower you will get either the one cup coffee maker or the pot. All towers are different.
I was told if you require more coffee than housekeeping leaves in your room, just call the front desk and they have no problem with providing you with more coffee. I forgot to ask what brand of coffee was there, but that would be easy to pack some of your own now that you know a maker is provided. :cool1::coffee::drinking1:tink:

Thankyou so much for calling and checking! :thumbsup2

We stayed at the GCH in July and had a small in room coffee maker.

It may sound cliche coming from a Seattleite but the coffee it produced was absolutely horrible. It had an odd chemical taste.

We even had them replace the coffee maker with another one, same results.

Wretched!

A packet of my own favorite coffee is a MUST (oh and a few filters!) Takes up VERY little room, squishable and kept in a ziplock baggie, just in case:thumbsup2 I have to have a cup of hot black tea with milk then its coffee all the way. So I bring my own and refuse to suffer or wait to pick it up, we can drink it while getting ready, or while waiting on the other people!

Yuck! That is what I am afraid of!

That is a really good idea. I am thinking as PP's have said and you.....bring my own.....but how do you know what kind of filter to bring?

What type of coffee and filters will work in the coffee makers here, if one should decide to bring their own? :)

I hate bad coffee. For this trip, I was thinking about using Starbucks' VIAs and bringing a tea kettle. How nuts is that? (rhetorical) ;)
Kelli
We bring VIAs as well only because you never know about the quality of the coffee in the room (or in the park for that matter). But we don't bring a tea kettle...instead we use the coffee maker (run the water through the coffee maker without the coffee just to heat the water up).
