What kind of Bar B Que Sauce do you use?

Last week at Publix we bought Sticky Fingers BBQ sauce and it was really good. They have a sweet (forget the exact name of it) and Tennessee Whiskey. DH doesn't like sweet so we bought the Tennessee Whiskey. It was really good sauce.

OH MY GOSH!! How could I have forgotten Sticky Fingers?! They are the bomb! The Carolina Honey is probably the sweet one your hubby didn't like...I like the Tennessee Whiskey one myself!

Oh, and by the way Nana2Tots...I wouldn't order the actual BBQ online, but if you are ever in Memphis, look me up, and we will go get high on the hog together!

I make my own (when not on Atkins) - I just do it to taste. Tomato sauce, mustard, molasses, cider vinegar, Worcestershire, brown sugar, garlic, red pepper flakes, onion powder, black pepper, kosher salt, hot sauce and liquid smoke. When doing ribs, I do a dry rub, and sauce some of them in the last five minutes, so the sauce doesnt burn.

that really depends on what is on special at the time I need it, but more often than not we buy a generic brand..........tastes pretty darn good too.

I like my homemade BBQ sauce, but when I don't want to take the time to make it I use Bulls Eye.

My favorite is Dinosaur BBQ sauce, Dinosaur BBQ is a local rib and bbq place in Syracuse, NY and I think that they make great sauce, and the best pulled pork......
YUM now I am hungry.

We use four differant types right now. Open Pit, Sweet Baby Rays, Tastefully Simples Happenin Habenero, and Tastefully Simples Mesquite Grilling Sauce. For actuall BBQ I tend to combine the first two and add onion and garlic salt, so in a way thats five. I am a big fan of BBQ, and would like to try some of the differant ones mentioned here. We like this place called Mindy's, The Patio also has good stuff, as does Famous Daves. Geesh, it is time for lunch now, I am suddenly very hungry!

We have an entire shelf devoted to BBQ sauce in our fridge... I couldn't even tell you all the ones... Stubbs, BullsEye, KC Masterpiece... About 8 or 10 bottles =)

We love to try diff ones!
