I LOVE Disney as does my Husband! And now our Kids do! DS5 asked me the other day why we couldn't have stayed longer at Disney and how come we couldnt just live there?! Disney is soemthing that my inlaws did with my DH and what my parents did with my sisters and I. Its a very familiar place and feeling as an adult now - the POLY waterfall still smells the same!!!

We both had amazing experiences/memories there as kids and hope that our boys will too!
DH owns his own business that is very taxing and time consuming. I am an almost full time worker, as well as family Taxi service, house keeper, chief cook and bottle washer to name a few. So when we go to Disney its a time that we can all relax, get waited on and do what we all want to do - when we want to do it. And most espcially, its family/kid friendly. Should your kids have an "off" moment, you dont feel as badly or as much like a freak had it happened at a stuffy ocean front high class resort elsewhere. The looks you get are usualy ones of sympathy and "I've been there!"... for the most part.
The magic is the biggest and most important thing! The look on our kids faces and even ours. I still get choked up when I see the castle or how excited we all are when we arrive and drive through the gates!! It costs a lot of money to go and we skimp and save for months, even years, to be able to afford to go. Its an important life lesson and we all appreciate the experince we get when we are there... Our kids are different ages everytime we are there, yet its still new and exciting and always magical for each of the 3 boys! Us too for that matter!! We let all the worries go of our day to day lives and enjoy the time as a family!! We got back just over a month ago and I am already looking forward to our next one 2+ years away!!
As a PP said, LIfe is Short. I often get a crazy look when tell people taht we will go to dsiney every 2 years while the kids are little. I then say that they are only little once, and we need to make the most of it and appreciate them when they are small. Its the childhood memories that are most important and I want my boys to have the same great, fond, AMAZINg memories that DH and I have of WDW from when we were kids!!

Not sure if I explained that well, the feeling you get when you are at WDW is undescribeable and amazing!! Thats why we love it!!
