Great thread :thumbsup2 I like the idea of a bottle holder. Where do you purchase something like that? Also where do you purchase the over the door organizer for toiletries? I am always taking up all of the vanity space with my junk. Ibuprofen, trash bag for dirty clothes and hand sanitzer are items I must bring along :)

I got the bottle holder from a sports store that specializes in mountain climbing. They are called bottle bandits. Here's a link so that you can see what they look like. http://www.lazerdesigns.com/promotionalitems/prods/WTBB.html

I think you can find an over the door organizer at Wal-Mart or Bed Bath and Beyond.

I bring everything that everybody else listed! :rotfl2: I only saw a few things I DON'T bring!

For our August trip we are bringing 3 Brita water bottles. We shared one in October, but I came down with a sore throat and gave it to DS from sharing drinks. This time everybody has their own. We are also bringing mini fans and plenty of extra batteries!

I just bought an insulated sleeve at Target in the sporting goods sections. It is neoprene (like a wetsuit) and covers the whole bottle, then there is a snap loop at the top so you can hook it to whatever. I think 2 of our bottles will be in the backpack most of the time, so they didn't need to have straps. I have one insulated holder with a strap that I got at Walgreen's last year so I will carry that one.

My friend mentioned that he saw a "personal cooling device" at Sharper Image that you wear around your neck. You fill it with a few ounces of water, then it blows cool mist on you. It looks like a pair of headphones. Well, I bought him one for his birthday because I couldn't resist. :smooth: We'll see how that works for him.

Things that are never left at home:
My little black backpack/purse
the 10 y.o. yellow Mickey Poncho - extra thanks to Auntie for keeping it in good condition :thumbsup2
travel pack of wet ones
my Neutrogena moisturizer with SPF 15

Forgot something.

Bath & Body Works has a foot lotion called "True Blue® Spa Shea It Isn't So™ Shea Butter Foot Cream" that is FANTASTIC!!! Tried this a few years ago and it works great. Had not one blister while using this the entire time I was at WDW, that it's now a staple for me in my suitcase.

I too bring most of the items previously mentioned. One other item that I also bring is Shout wipes. I would love to say that they are for the kids, but being the clutz that I am, I generally have to use them for myself. I can't tell you how many times I have needed them, particularly after my DD spilled a chocolate shake on her brand new Minnie shirt last trip. It would've been ruined otherwise.

Clip on sunglasses
sunscreen wipe
digital camera
MP3 player with Disney park music on it

We bring a lot of the things already metioned, but unless I missed it, no one listed one of my most important things: a travel bottle of Purell!!

For some reason, my dh and ds can't resist putting their hands up by their faces, rubbing their eyes, etc. and I want to make sure they're not picking up something funky from a handrail at WDW, LOL!! We use the Purell often!! ;)

Evil Genius is right, I got my over-the-door organizer at WalMart. It is actually a shoe holder (in the laundry department) that hooks over the bathroom door with metal hooks. I love it!!! :goodvibes

-natural ice (my chapstick)
-ibook
-ipod
-travel wet ones
-nail file and clipper
-pins and lanyard
-hair scrunchie

I bring extra film for my camera and dish soap or wipes the clean out the mugs.

A special fragrant soap/body wash like Margarita or Pina Colada. That way when we come back and use it, it reminds us of being in WDW.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

AND LOTS OF IT!! :cheer2:  :cheer2:

Body glide (to prevent chafing), salonpas patches and 'body glide muscle formula' for sore muscles, Arrid cream deodorant to prevent feet blisters, ziplock bags for packing, sunblock, Teva flip flops, Peppermint foot lotion, sample size bottles of Bath and Body Works (bubble bath, gel, lotion, and body spray--heaven at the end of the day), cheap laundry bag for dirty clothes, nailfile and clippers, camera battery charger, cell phone charger, facial cleansing wipes, wallet picture/credit card holder thingy to keep cc, tickets, room keys, etc. organized, travel size laundry detergent and dryer sheets (can't stand to go back home with dirty clothes, so always wash them the night before I leave).

A wash basin from the $$ store, clothes pins ( for hand laundry and keeping the drapes closed for privacy) and epsom salts so I can soak my feet in the wash basin while watching tv at the end of the day. :thumbsup2 I keep the basin by the door, to hold hats, cameras, maps or anything else we want to take with us the next day. It saves last minute panic and rush. When I come home, if there is no room in the suitcase for the wash basin, I leave it behind and have only blown a buck. Also, i buy my shoe organizer for holding toiletries at the $$ store too. I can leave it behind as well if there is no room in the suitcase. I don't bring a hamper, or laundry bags because I can get a large bag from the shop and use it instead. :goodvibes
