Is there a movie that you watch when no one else is around? A movie that others would be surprised you actually watch? Maybe you are kind of embarrased about it but......... you just can't help but watch??

My Uncle asks this question to potential dates. I thought it was so funny. :rotfl: He asked me but everyone thought my "movies" were predictable for me. To this day I am still trying to find a good secret movie!!

My picks were: LA BAMBA & MIDNIGHT MADNESS but my family told me everyone loves those :guilty: :confused3

For example DH has to watch JUWANA MAN if it is on.

My BIL's secret movie 9 to 5

............p.s. inspired by all the other movie threads!!

It would be Bye Bye Birdie for me.

I still swoon for Conrad Birdie!

Connie

The Cutting Edge!!!!

I just love D.B. Sweeney! :thumbsup2

Another example, my sister loves a romantic comedy. She has the best wardrobe, very into pop culture! She is very girly girl yet...... If Stallones FIRST BLOOD is one she must watch it.....

Nope.
I'm not ashamed to tell people what I watch. :)
Shirley Temple, Elvis, Musicals of all kinds, Disney of all kinds, etc. :goodvibes

South Park- Bigger, Louder, Uncut (I think that's the name)

National Lampoons Senior Trip

I'm not ashamed of any of the movies I watch either and I'm sure they're all predictable. I started a Shirley Temple collection when my daughter was little. I just love them all. She showed no interest whatsoever in them though, so I finally stopped buying them. :( I wish now I'd have gotten them all anyway.

Urban Cowboy, although to anyone who knows me I am not sure this would be a big surprise.

Coal miner's daughter- just can't help watching it when it's on TV.

Ya big ole bear!

I only watch romance and chick flicks, so my husband is confused when I watch The Devil's Advocate and Interview with a Vampire everytime they come on. These are sooo not me! :teeth:

White Christmas (yes, even in July)
It's a Wonderful Life (ditto)
and ........ Ten Things I Hate about You. (When she reads her poem at the end, it always gets me!)

Edie

Dazed and Confused :thumbsup2

I graduated from HS in 1977 and this movie really brings it all back.
(or maybe you can't remember what you did back then, hmmm?)

Anyway, I certainly don't want DS13 watching it with me, so that's what I watch on the few times I'm all alone on a weekend.

Lifetime movies starring my favs from the early 90s like Tracy Gold, Neil Patrick Harris, Candance Cameron, Mark Paul Gossler, Fred Savage, etc.

The rest of my movie watching is pretty eclectic so nothing is too out of character for me

I have a secret. It's called "Johnny English". The James Bond spoof with Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean).
