I am a Training and Development Manager for 10 Contact Centres across the UK (spend too much time on the m6!!!! Grrrr)

Love the job though...lt's very flexible and I can work from home some days....but also means nights away in hotels..

I'm a civil servant working for Jobcentre Plus in Bournemouth.

Sounds like heaven to me. That is the part of my job I love the most. When I get to travel and stay in different locations for the weekend and make more money I love it. I don't really like being home a lot though.

I'm a hardware engineer specialising in control system and instrumentation hardware design :)

I was a Ward Sister but after deciding I didn't want to work anymore, spent 3 years "at home" and am now a nurse in my husband's General Practice.

I teach music in a large secondary school, DH (Tony Toon) is a professional musician (conducts, composes, lectures at music conservatoire), DD will start a performing course as a percussionist at RSAMD in Glasgow in September, DS (15) is odd one out - he plays basketball (also musical but in denial!). :rockband: :jumping4:
Hobbies (actually entire life) revolve around music and basketball - we love it!

Mrs Tony Toon.

I am a legal secretary at a medium-sized law firm dealing mostly with construction law. In my free time, I love to read -- particularly books about England!

I am a carer (for my mum), and I also have the best job in the world - a mum and housewife

mandymouse :earsgirl:

Can't believe how many nurses are here!!!Hats off to you all... I can't stand the sight of blood.. especially my own!!! :D

I am an air traffic controller. :D

By job title my job is Analyst/Programmer but as I work in quite a small IT department I generally get involved in everything.

It's good for variety but a lot of the support stuff gets in the way of development which can be frustrating when I have tight deadlines. :(

My employer is very progressive though and we have excellent terms and conditions which is great :)

I work as a therapist in a private practice and also work with people with alcohol and substance abuse problems.
