What is your opinion on the United Kingdom?

I walked to/from school k-8th. For many years we lived just a block or two away from my elementary and jr high. High School was much farther, I had to walk to the elementary school to catch a bus to the high school. Sometimes I got rides to/from with friends but mostly rode the bus.

Long yellow school bus, an hour both ways from Grades 1-9. I went to high school in a town 20 miles away (not the county school I would have been bused to) and my Dad drove me.

Jr. High and HS - Dad dropped me off on his way to work, and I walked home.

Walked until 5th grade, then rode the school bus.

Bus grades 1 - 4, walked the rest of the time. High School was also far enough away that there was a bus, but I took zero hour and stayed after school or went straight to work, so I was never able to catch it.
