We are going to hit Epcot this trip, what are the must see and do in epcot. We have a 2 1/2 year old with us.

Mission Space and Test Track (use baby swap).

Eating and drinking around the world - my kids love the KidCot stations and the masks.

The food and drinks at the World Showcase, Test Track, Honey I Shrunk the Audience, Illuminations and Mouse Gear (the big store).

For me it's Test Track-- this is my most favorite ride in all of Disney!!!! So it of course ranks as my #1 Epcot attraction too. I really like just taking a relaxing walk through the World Showcase. Especially when it's uncrowded, and I have the time to just take in all the sights and sounds.

FW - Ice Station Cool, TT, Figment, Living Seas, fountains

WS - Boat rides in Mexico & Norway (your child will be fine), kidcot stations, penny presses, characters in the countries, the different "shows" in the countries (mariachis, living statues, acrobats, bands), candy lady in Japan, hedge maze in UK, Illuminations at night.

For me, sitting on a bench in UK watching the comedy troupe, then going on Spaceship Earth. Probably for a 2 1/2 yo, playing in the sidewalk squirting fountains near the entrance to WS; also, the "jumping" fountains by Journey into Imagination.

My 5 year old and 2.5 yo love Living seas. They both have since they were babies. There is something about seeing all of the fish for them. I love the manatees and we always visit them.

Out of all the areas of Epcot, that appeals to them most.

Since I like to visit WS, they have these Kidcot stations that they can so activities at. This wasy the kids can look forward to something as we walk our way around.

I like everything about Epcot, but it can be tricky with the kids.

Our fav. park is Epcot, because we love WS. Mostly, because of the dining variety, but I also love the shops. Germany & the UK are my fav. shops. Unfortunely, not really that interesting for a 2 1/2 yo. For that age, I would agree with the kidcot stations in WS. JTYI & Innoventions in FW. Innoventions has some neat crawl through exhibits, which are perfect for the little ones. Spend some time watching the dancing fountains. Actually, I think Epcot is a great park for that age. Have fun! :)

Best things I do at EPCOT:

1. Off Kilter. Canadian Pavillion, what a great show.
2. UK World Showcase Players. United Kingdom. Usually timed to see this between Off Kilter shows.
3. Voices of Liberty Singers. American Pavillion.
4. Mission Space
5. Spaceship Earth

I've never tried Mission Space, but this and test track could be done with fast pass and child-swap. Spaceship Earth is fun for the whole family, along with Living Seas (I am not personally into Living Seas, but it might be very nice for a 2 year old). Figment is ok, "Honey I shrunk the Audience" might be scary, it depends on the child.

The musical fountain (I don't know if there is an official name) just past Spaceship Earth is a fave of my kids. They love the music and think the fountain is the best. The jumping fountains outside of "Honey I Shrunk the Audience" are also great, but the kids can get quite wet if you let them!!

The character bus travels around...we caught them right in the center in front of the lake and were able to see a lot of characters this way.

The Mexico boat ride is fine, but the Norway boat may be a bit scary. Again, depends on the child (there is a troll, a drop and it's dark).

The masks are fun. For a 2 yo, I imagine making the base mask and maybe stopping at a couple of countries for stamps would be enough. The shows are great. The more lively ones (acrobats, bands, drums at the outpost) might hold the most interest (although I love the statues the best).

Jasmine, Aladdin, Genie and Jafar can be found toward the back of Moracco. Belle & Beast are in France (behind the perfume shop). I have seem Snow White in Germany and by the back entrance to the WS. Mulan might be in China, but we didn't see her. Mary Poppins is in the UK.

Illuminations is a great show. My youngest was nervous at 2, but she is afraid of most things. She put her head under her "little blankie" on daddy's shoulder and fell asleep. But many kids seem to like it. I most recently viewed the show while eating outside at the Rose & Crown..it's a great way to see it, but there is no guarantee of an outside seat.

A stroller is a must....Epcot is huge and there is a lot of walking.

Have fun!!!:)

2. Visiting the countries

4. Off Kilter:rockband:
5. Ice Station Cool~ Try the Beverly:drinking1

Journey Into Imagination & Spaceship Earth, as long as your child is not afraid of the dark. :) Also, the Living Seas and the KidCot stations.
