What is your favorite hotel near SW?

I think I have decided to make our trip in March a non-Disney vacation and try the other parks Orlando has to offer. So I need to book a hotel. Anyone have recommendations for a hotel that they love near SW? We have 4 people(2 adults, 2 kids) and would love to have a pool at the hotel to use.

We really liked the Residence Inn SeaWorld. You can check out my trip report (the link is in my signature) for lots of photos of the room, common areas and pool area.

Rooms are large (studios up to two bedroom), each room has a kitchen, wireless internet and parking are free, there's a GREAT hot breakfast buffet daily (and its included in your room rate), the pool is large, there's a hot tub onsite, a fitness room, and a sport court. There's also a lovely courtyard with barbecue's if you want to spend a day, 'cueing up some hot dogs while you relax.

They offer free transportation to all the SeaWorld parks (and Epcot and the Universal parks too, I think) and because its an official SeaWorld hotel, you get free Quick Queues for SeaWorld too .

Its located just off I-Drive, so very convenient to many attractions and restaurants. There's a CVS Pharmacy right on the corner as well.

We just got back from the Renaissance. It is literally across the street. You can walk to Seaworld in 5 min. It is great to be able to leave mid day if you want to go rest and go back later. Plus no getting in the closing time traffic trying to get out the parking lot or trying to get on a crowded shuttle. We had a breakfast included deal plus a AAA rate so I figured we got the room for around $70 if you figure what they charge for the buffet(2ad, 2 ch). Which btw, the buffet has something for everyone( made to order omelette,pancakes, cold cereal, bacon etc etc etc)Tons of choices! The rooms are large. The hotel is beautiful. We didn't make it to the pool but there are website pics and it looks nice. I have not one negative thing to say about our stay. You get the quick que passes too! Can't beat it for the price AND what you get!

We stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations. Would highly recommend it. Huge master suite with a separate living area and a kitchen. Was only about $20 more a night than the other hotels. Easily walkable to Sea World although we had free parking so we drove.
