Hebrew National here, too! Because Kosher means there's nothing hinky in the ingredients (not to imply there's anything wrong with the other brands; just that this way, I know I'm not eating meat I just plain don't like - i.e. pork )

Shoot. Somewhere recently, I read a comparison of fat free/reduced fat hot dogs - and Hebrew National got the top ranking.

Hebrew National is good, and Nathans are ok.

I also like a natural casing Hot Dog from Daisy Brand

In CHicago my favorite hot dog spot is Morrie O'Mallys down the street from the Cell.

For specialty sausages Hot Dougs on the North Side.

here is a pic of an alligator sausage with a cajun remoulade, & gouda cheese, and a heaping order of french fries deep fried in duck fat from a visit to Hot Dougs.
