I do love Journey, Def Leppard, Chicago, Aerosmith, Genesis, Foreigner, Bon Jovi, U2, .38 Special, Tom Petty, Madonna, etc.....

The list is endless.

Did anyone watch VH1 last night... (the 1st)? They did a year by year 80's show starting with 1980 and ending with 1989... every year was a 1 hour show. It was awsome. I watched 1984-1988. They showed videos, interviews, tv shows, commercials and movies. My DH and I watched it non-stop! It was awsome. It may have been on before but I had never seen it. The biggest surprise was they showed a then and now of the kid from Stand By Me. The chubby kid......... Holy cow is he good looking!!!!!!

I was a big Duran Duran fan. But I loved all kinds of music. I love "It takes 2" by Rob Base and DJ Easy Rock. Tainted Love by Soft Cell is great. Come on Ilene by Dexeys Midnight Runners (sp?). I can't even think of all the great songs I love.

I watched part of the VH1 80'smarathon. I think we watched
85-88. It was fun to take that stroll down memoy lane.
I have so many favorite 80's songs it's too hard to choose....

I saw that 80's marathon it was a hoot *0's music is my favorite so it is haed to pick a best song but I would have to say " Big Country" by Big Country and "Come On Eileen" by Dexi and the Midnightrunners.
