Wow, I miss the 80s music! I was definitely more of a "New Wave" fan than a "Hair Band" fan, but I loved them both! I think my favorite 80s songs are:

"Come on Eileen"--Dexey's Midnight Runners

"Never Surrender"--Corey Hart (he was rad!)

"Rio"--Duran Duran

"Head Over Heels"--The Go-Go's (still the best all female group in history IMHO )

Unfortunately, here in AL I don't hear them much on the radio....when the DJs have an 80's hour, or whatever they call it....it's "The Double Dutch Bus" and other such roller rink music.
