What is your easy bake sale treat?

Not sure if they would be cost effective, but what about candied /caramel apples?

I love the idea of brownies and magic cookie bars - to make them easy to sell bake them in cupcake liners in muffin tins so they are portioned. I've also done seasonal liners so they are extra fun.

Mine that I use every year for our recital lunch is Reese's Peanut Butter Treats. The kids love them.

They are so simple to make. Buy the Pillsbury Peanut Butter Cookie roll, a bag of mini Reese's cups (these are the ones you find on the candy aisle not near the register) and mini muffin cups.

Use a mini muffin pan. Slice the cookie roll into nine slices, then quarter each slice. Put a mini muffin cup into cup of the pan and then put a quarter in each cup. Bake at the temp on the package for 8-10 minutes. When you pull the pan out, put a Reese's cup into each spot. (make sure you unwrap each one first). Place in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to "set" the chocolate.

Each roll makes 36.

This was the first year that I used the muffin cups on them and it was so much easier to get them out of the pan. I have done this same recipe with the sugar cookie roll and the Candy Cane Kisses or the Cherry Cordial Kisses. When I do the Kisses, I up them in upside down (pointed end down). This way they stay in better.

These you could put 3 to a bag.

My brother just went camping this past weekend (the campground was having a haunted house and trick or treating so we decided to visit him). He also invited a few other families. Each family brought a dish and dessert. I actually made these for the first time and brought them with me. I have to say, they were literally ALL GONE before anyone even ate dinner. LOL I've always been known to be the one to bring dessert and 9 out of 10 times would bring brownies but decided to do something a little different. They were a big hit. Will definitely do them again and also try different flavors and candies. Actually, I used both peanut butter cookie dough and chocolate chip cookie dough. And I didn't have enough reese cups to fill my cookies so I broke into my Halloween candy and used the little milky ways  My oldest told me to use those next time instead of the peanut butter cups. So you can really change things up with these.

***as a side note, next time I make them, I will definitely use the muffin cup paper liners. They were a pain to get out of the pan.

Thank you everyone for the ideas!

Heidi, thought about that idea...still deciding if I should make them or not.

These bars are so easy and so yummy!! I always keep the ingredients on hand, so quick in a pinch!

Lazy Cake Cookie Bars: 1 box yellow cake mix, 2 eggs beaten, 5 Tbsp melted butter, 2 cup mini M & M's or mini chocolate chips. Mix together, put in a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 20 min!

The muffin cups make it WAY easier. I had mini muffin cups for awhile but never even thought to use them before.

I am going to have to try the little milky ways. We have some little snickers, might have to try them too.

These are my 'go to'...hamburger cookies (sometimes with, sometimes without the 'fries'):

I love that they are 'no bake'.

They are:

Nilla Wafers for bun
Keebler Grasshopper cookies for the burger
Coconut, shaken in a baggie with green food coloring for the lettuce
Red and yellow frosting for ketchup and mustard

Fries are sugar cookies, cut into strips. (I use the refridgerated dough.)

Once assembled and hardened, they can go in a muffin cup as you see in the pic then in a snack size baggie. Two hamburgers with no fries also fit in a snack size baggie.

They sell out every time!

Bren's Mom, those are so cute!

I didn't read everything, so don't know if its been mentioned yet, but how about Oreo Bon Bons?
