What is your direct/resale percentage breakdown?

Direct 88%
Resale: 12%

First 2 contracts at VGF, direct for blue card and because I have 2 kids I wanted to leave the contracts to.
3rd VGF contract direct because fire sale summer of '23.
3 Riviera contracts, all direct because restrictions turn me off.
2 VGC contracts resale, mainly due to high cost of direct and lack of availability.

We're at 23% direct, but may be at 21% by the end of the month

Bought direct in 2023 due to relatively good pricing. With Blue card and access to new resorts, there's little incentive to add direct beyond what we already have unless pricing gets to 2023 levels (and even then it'll be a stretch - we don't need more points...)

We're down to about 5% direct, but have many of our resale with grandfathered privs, so it's not so bad.

The rest all function like direct in terms of where they can be used.
