My all time favorite was Tapestry by Carole King. I bought that album when I was in college, back in the early seventies. I still to this day think that is one great group of songs!!!:)

Eagles, Best of.
Close 2nd is Sound Track from "A Star is Born".

Eagle's "One of These Nights"

It's REAL hard narrowing down my favorite albums to one, tho!!:teeth:

Beatles White Album.

Little Feat Waiting for Columbus

Can't decide so I'll pick both.

 nice to see you Boots. :)

Thriller by Michael Jackson
Purple Rain by Prince
Come Live With Me by Ray Charles
Songs in the Key of Life by Stevie Wonder
Harvest for the World by the Isley Brothers
Open Our Eyes by Earth Wind and Fire
Soul Power by James Brown.

The Wild, the Innocent and the E Street Shuffle by Bruce Springsteen :bounce:

But I'm gonna cheat and say Jackson Browne's For Every Man and Late for the Sky too.

:wave2:

Robin reminded me of Purple Rain so I have to change my favorite now.:D :bounce:

Layla And Other Assorted Love Songs - Derek and The Dominos

Beatles-White, Stones-Between the Buttons , Sarah Brightman-The Andrew Lloyd Webber Collection, Bob Dylan-Freewheelin'

I still love that one too. I still have the album I bought when I was about 13 and I now have it on cd!

Not sure if that one's my all-time favorite, gotta think more on that. I'm enjoying reading other's responses and seeing the different decades the music represents. :D

Purple Rain-Prince, Faith-George Michael, Control-Janet Jackson, Erasure, The Hits(?) not sure if thats the name-Madonna.

toss up between lynyrd skynyrd gold andf platinum and def leapord hysteria

This is a tough question.

I guess I would have to say Prince's greatest hits CD's and ZZtops's greatest hits CD.

:D

Before These Crowded Streets- Dave Matthews Band This album is great just for the song, Pig, by itself. If you've never heard, it's very inspirational...at least, it is to me.

A senstimental favorite would be Aerosmith's Permanent Vacation because it was the first album I ever bought with my own money. I got $10 for my fifth grade graduation in 1988 and it was sepnt within an hour as I purchased the tape for $11...my mom helped out a bit with that extra dollar. :D
