I have been to WDW once about 20 years ago. DH and kids have never been. DH went to disneyland in the early 60s on a "chevy chase vacation" type trip with his folks & siblings, yes 6 people in a large tank like car from TN to California and back. I have decided that that is why his mother is on medication for her sanity 40 years later.

Anyway, we are all very excited to be going, DS is 6 and DD is 9 and we figured this would be the perfect time to go for our first time since DS is tall enough now to ride everything except the Rock N' Roller Coaster at MGM.

I'm from Las Vegas, so we've always gone to Disneyland. We've been to WDW 3 times (stayed at POR, Dolphin and WL). This summer we moved to the East coast, so hopefully in the next couple years we'll get down there again. I would love to, but we are poor right now, so we really have to plan ahead.
