What is up with Disney shopping.com shipping rates?

Not sure if you have seen other posts - but if you are going to WDW you can have stuff shipped from DisneyShopping to your resort and they will hold it for you to pick up. I totally agree the shipping from DisneyShopping makes absolutely no sense!
