Can anyone tell me what the shadow like line in my pic is? It's not on the lens and I've cleaned the camera as best I can. Sometimes its dark, sometimes barely noticable. Thanks.

Looks like it might be something in the camera.

What kind of camera is it? (35mm, Digital, DSLR?)

looks like a hair, maybe on the side of the lens that goes into the camera.

It looks something on your sensor. A Rocket blower is the preferred method of removing dust particles from your sensor. Do you know how to do that? If the blower doesn't work then a wet cleaning may be necessary. I use Sensor Swab with Eclipse. Its a fairly simple operation. However if you are not comfortable with that, then it may be necessary to take it into a camera shop for cleaning.

How do you clean the camera? Wipe the front UV filter? I too think it's something inside, likely on the sensor. If the automatic sensor cleaner doesn't work, it appears to be a hair trapped inside.

You won't see the hair with big apertures, but outdoors in bright conditions with smaller apertures will show the hair more easily.

Thanks All. I have used the rocket blower but have not gone as far as doing the whole mirror lift thing yet to get to the sensor. I'll try that today before I make a trip to the camera shop. Closest one to me is an hour away.

You have to use the mirror up function and use the blower. It usually does not work without using that function.

Definitely looks like a hair on the sensor.
It could also, though exceptionally rarely, be a damaged shutter - damage like this used to be more commonplace but it's been years since I've heard or seen of one of these, and usually on film SLRs that have seen thousands of rolls of film.

This hair should be visible when you lift the mirror and open the shutter for cleaning, then hit it with the rocket blower and you should be fine.
