What is the weather like 11/24 to 12/01?

Hi,

We are going to Disney 11/24 to 12/01. We have never gone this time of year. We have gone in April, May or August so it was always hot. Shorts, tshirts and bathing suit were we needed. I am not sure what to pack for this trip. I was thinking, some shorts, tshirts, long sleeve shirts, pants and a light jacket. How cool do the nights get at this time? Would we need something heavier then a light jacket. I was thinking that we could always buy sweatshirts while we are there. Thanks for any advice you can give me.

Susan............what you have listed should be fine, there is no humidity at that time of the year, but my best advice would be to check the weather sites and the outlook for the Orlando area before you shut the suitcase. I usually go the first week in Dec. and as I have told others the weather can be iffy, hot and beautiful one day then downright bone chilling cold the next day. And the way the weather has been this year in FL it's hard to say what a norm would be.

We were there thanksgiving week last year. The whole week we wore shorts and tshirts. The kids swam one night. Too cool for me. The last night before we left the temps dropped rapidly with a cool front. I had decided that night to take the monorail to mk for a last minute shopping spree without being aware of the cool front. I was freezing in the rain and cold in my shorts!!! The list you have is fine. Even with the cool front, a light jacket and pants would have been fine.

I would be prepared for anything, we were there last Turkey Day also and that blast of cold air was a doosey!

Somewhere between 40 degrees and 85 degrees. Either not a cloud the whole week or monsoon season. We've seen all of this just the last 3 years at that time of year!
