What is the TVA?

Holy cow! I thought this was commonly taught in junior/middle and/or high school history class!

Honestly, it very well could be.....but it's been 15 years since I graduated, much less been in middle school....my head's so crammed full of useless stuff that some of the important things had to have fallen out sometime!
