What is the story behind your User ID?

Since my user name is complicated, I will help you out!!

Kidding..Kidding...

Actually what most people don't notice is that I did a typo when I registered.

I was trying for "Girl Scout Leader"
and ended up with "Girls Scout Leader" .

Has anyone ever noticed?

Just under 22 years ago I was born to a family of adventurers during a jungle expedition. Our caravan was attacked by a tribe of vicious pygmys and I was seperated from the rest. I was taken in by a pride of gentle lions who raised me in the wilderness. They taught me bravery and encouraged my natural sense of adventure1 They taught me to provide for myself.

18 years later I set out on my own adventure to find others like me. I hiked for days through the jungle until I stumbled upon a river community buzzing with excitement. I met the proprietor of a Jungle Shipping and Tour company who saw the adventurers spirit in me and hired me on to give Tours of the Jungle. I quickly became a World Famous Jungle Skipper....the one and only Jungle Josh

Okay, so its not that interesting....I took the WDW CP in Spring 2001 working on Main Street but had always aspired to be a Jungle Cruise Skipper....well that summer I was given the opportunity to stay on full time as a World Famous Jungle Skipper and I jumped at the chance. Now I am back in my home town of Owensboro, KY with many great Jungle Memories!

Jungle Josh

Jungle Josh:teeth:

In Wales, the country I come from, most "David's" are called "Dai" (as in "aye" - as in "aye, aye, captain!) and the PP is my surname, Phillip-Pritchard

Hence DaiPP

My first real memory is of staying at my Grandparents while my Mom and Dad went to Disneyland, I was maybe 3.. They brought me home a spoon with Winnie the Pooh on it, thus starting my love of all things Pooh. Now I have tried to pass that love on to my children, my oldest liked Tigger, my middle one could care less about any of them, and my Princess loves Piglet. When I was thinking of a name, I did not want to try and be any variance of good ole' Pooh Bear. Sooooo "Winnie the Pooh and Piglet too"

It's Biblical: The Morningstar (or Son of the Morning) is often used to refer to Lucifer... but many people fail to realize that it is also used to refer to the Christ.

I guess it's some sort of commentary. Or something.

When my husband was a little boy, he used to read Tom Corbett, Space Cadet books. He loved them. When we met, he started calling my tc, for Tom Corbett, because he thought I was a little "spacey". The name stuck, and it's what he always calls me. I am still a little "spacey" from time to time. He even has a tattoo of the Tom Corbett rocket ship on his ankle in reference to me. He does not wear a wedding band, so this is his wedding tattoo. Pretty romantic, huh?

Tag Fairy, thank you so much!!! But where did "Is she in the dell come from?" I don't remeber saying that. Did someone say that about me? Not that I'm not happy or anything, I'm VERY happy to be tagged, and I know beggars can't be choosers, but I was just wondering.

Sleeping Beauty was the first Disney movie that I learned all the songs to. I never saw the film. Instead, I had the record album with Mary Martin doing the singing and narration. I remember that I loved the pictures and used to trace them with tracing paper and color them in with markers. My mother says it was embarrassing as I would perform entire songs from Sleeping Beauty for relatives complete with dramatic poses...what a ham!

When I was pregnant with my first, I used to play that album all the time, singing "Once Upon a Dream". Obviously my pathetic attempt to indoctrinate my little baby into Disney didn't work. My DS, now 17, refused to accompany us to WDW on our trip a few weeks ago, preferring to play golf with Grandpa...oh well, his loss!

Oh yeah, my DH just bought the DVD so my DD14 and I watched it last weekend!princess:

Mine is because of my luv of dogs, I currently have a black labbie named Max and a golden ret mix named Scooby Doo. Scooby was a rescue adoption from the local SPCA. Seems like I almost always had dogs in my life. They are just my furry kids. In fact they are both sleeping at my feet as I type.:p

Gracious Tag Fairy, I must respectfully decline your suggestion of Capt. Jean Luc Picard. No, no, no. Icky-bad.

Anyway, I'm already betrothed to Captain Jack Sparrow. pirate:

My screen name has a special meaning to me. It stands for my two little angels in heaven Brooke and Shon who I lost to miscarriage.

Well, uh...if you can't figure it out......
I am Jackson's Mom ;)

I think it refers to the Farmer in the Dell, or even the Wisconsin Dells?
