What is the restaurant EVERYBODY raves about?.... except you.

I am shocked that 2 people listed Chick-fil-a, I love that place and could eat their chicken biscuit every morning!!!

I despise Applebees, Macaroni Grill, Hacienda Colorado and Wendy's....they are very popular but I can't find anything good on their menu!!!

Do you like brick-oven pizza? If you ever head up Fairfax County Parkway towards Herndon, try the restaurant in the Franklin Farm shopping center. I'm not a big pizza lover, but theirs was wonderful!!!!

Guess I have no taste, I really like most of the chains! I LOVE the Chicken Scampi at Olive Garden, can't find that anywhere else I've been. Outback has good soup and a really nice house salad, Ruby Tuesday's has wonderful broccoli cheese soup with a big piece of garlic toast, Applebees has a great steak caesar salad, even Red Lobster has a pasta and chicken dish I like (I don't eat ANY seafood). I like mom and pop places as well, but I don't shun the chains. I don't eat at them that often, so as long as there is one thing on the menu I really like, I'm fine.

I actually love Outback. Expensive? Try getting the same steak at a steakhouse in my area, it would cost twice as much. Outback is the one chain restaurant that I love.

I always get the Outback Special and it has always come with a salad. I did notice however, that not everything does. I like Outback for their salad, bread and most of all the Bloomin Onion.
We like most chain places, but there are a few that we just don't care for the menu so therefor don't go there on our own. Around me, all the mom and pop places cost just as much, if not more, for food that is no better. The biggest drawback to me is that not a one of them give free refills on soda or ice tea. One of them even charges for water!!!

We went a month or so ago and they had a $2-3 charge to add a salad. It might just be here

Pizzeria Uno and The Outback ! DH loves Pizzeria Uno's too but I refuse to go there.

Outback out here charges $2.00 for a house salad now...but I pay for it because I love their salad and ranch dressing!!! They also have very good onion soup (not the cream one)

Chick-fil-a and Johnny Rockets. Johnny Rockets is actually okay, just very overpriced and not as good as Ruby's Diner (different from Ruby Tuesdays.)

I love Outback, and not for the steak! The grilled shrimp on the barbie are amazing! I also like the ribs, Sweet Chook O Mine, salads, etc.

Sonny's BBQ - I just don't see it at all! The barbecue at local places is always so much better! We live near Lexington, NC, so there are tons of bbq places around here.

I hate Olive Garden AND Red Lobster--ate there once a few years back, and left Hungry! Bennigans is another place I hardly EVER go to. We have a P F Changs and have never eaten there. As far as Denny's I like the breakfast but DH doesn't. Ruby Tuesdays and Chili's are about the same, could take them or leave them. We do frequent our local Chinese resteraunts, we have 3 different ones we go to. Also, finally found a GREAT Pizza place in Miramar called Antonio's! The BEST!

Denny's is not my favorite place to go, but when the kids eat free on Tuesdays and Saturdays, we can't beat the price.

Bahama Breeze. Everyone always goes on and on about how great it is but I found it to be very average, not awful but I'm certainly not going out of my way to have another meal there.

I'd have to agree on Outback Steakhouse too. Nothing special and the lines are always SOOOOOO long. On the other hand, I LOVE Longhorn Steakhouse. It's just so much better than Outback.
