For me, it is the Olive Garden. My wife's family RAVES about it... I don't get it.

Oh, and Famous Dave's BBQ was good, but not great.

Olive Garden for me, too. It is awful--well at least to this Italian.

Carrabas. They always have at least an hour wait. It's not worth it IMO.

how could you two not love there salad

I'd have to say Jack in the box..Not a resturant but everyone loves it and I hate it :3dglasses

TGIFriday and Benigans Nothing of interest on the menu. :confused3

Outback Steakhouse - it was probably this particular location, but the wait is always long, they act like they're doing YOU a favor and they serve DRY STEAK! Your average family steakhouse serves better quality meat, IMO!

Second vote for Outback Steakhouse. I just didn't think it was that good!

San Angel Inn in Epcot, and P.F. Chang's Chinese food chain. P.F. Chang's is fairly new in our city and gets rave reviews. I do LOVE the brown rice, which usually isn't served in other Chinese restaurants, but I find the entrees to be lacking and hate that you have to order veggies seperately.

Applebee's (and if we're speaking only of WDW restaurants, then I'd say Ohana's.

I don't like Olive Garden, either. There are many other places I'd rather get Italian food, including in my own kitchen, even if I have to cook AND wash the dishes.

I read the other day that the Red Lobster in our town is the highest grossing location in the entire chain. I can't believe it because it's just not good. I don't understand why anyone would eat at Red Lobster when we have an Eat At Joe's.

Outback. I can't find anything decent on the menu, which stinks because it's my mom's favorite restaurant and she ALWAYS wants to go there!

ITA, on both Olive Garden and Red Lobster.

(but I am curious what Eat At Joe's is! :p )

LOL I just read the subject line and I thought to myself Olive Garden! We are in Ct and every Olive Garden always has a 1 hour wait, even at 11:30 am!Longer on weekends and evenings..I like the salad and breadsticks but I just don't get why it has such a huge following

I do not eat Italian food. I do not eat steak, I do not eat chinese food(only white rice, chix and green beans) I only eat diet lean hamburger.
so I guess any "chain resturant" is not really somewhere I would eat, unless there was a cheeseburger there!

oh, I LOVE Haddock thou...eat alot of that!

It's seafood. It's not gourmet food or anything, but it's pretty good, and it's very fun. It's one of those places that has weird things hanging on the walls and from the ceilings (sort of like Chili's, but less dignified and more like a beach shack). The wait staff is really fun and will sometimes all get together and do dances to the music playing.
