What is the most weight

15ishlbs because I was on prednisone for a while and once I was done it kinda just fell off.

so far? 38 lbs. The amount I am in the process of losing now is the most I've ever lost. I hope it will be even more than 38 lbs by the time I'm done losing... I'm hoping for closer to 100 lbs. But 38 is a heck of a start and the weight keeps coming off so I'm very happy about that

If you loses a little more weight, then gain it back, them loose it again, you will be in my league :rotfl:

55 lbs in 2005, gained back 65.
60 lbs in 2009, gained back 70.

Sigh. I keeps loozin' it, but it keeps findin' me again...:headache:

42, between 2009 and earlier this year. I put back on 9 or 10.

I had lost 25-30 my last year as an undergraduate.

I keep playing with the same 25lbs. I take it off, put it back on, lose it and then there it is again:rotfl:

I went nuts during pregnancy and a year or so postpartum, so... 149 lbs.

About 50 pounds around 1981-82. Kept it off till the kids came in 1991
The same 45- 50 pounds 3 years ago. It's alot harder to keep it off now that I'm older. :guilty:

I lost 40 pounds about 8 years ago when I had a pulmonary embolism and was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at the same time. I started walking, 2-5 miles 4-5 times a week and watched what I ate and the pounds melted off pretty easy.

But, I got lazy and gained back a few pounds. Now I fluctuate between 5-10 over what I lost. :(

I am back on track now though, and want to lose about 20 more by winter.

120 lbs almost 10 years ago..... I've kept all but 8 lbs off since then (that whole metabolism changing as you get older thing:confused3 )

60lbs, but I had cancer. I have gained about 30 lbs. of that back.

30 lbs, but I had gained it due to a medication I was on for 6 months. I would have liked to keep at least some of it.

140 Pounds so far:cool1: Would like to lose another 30 to get back down to high school weight. It's hard work but if I can do it anybody can!

i lost 190 pounds after gastric bypass surgery 7 years ago, but have gained about 15 of it back. at least, i hope that's all-i don't own a scale, so i don't know for sure, but my jeans are starting to get uncomfortably tight. i'm a compulsive eater, and fought the urge successfully for 6 years, but it seems to have beat me again, i can't stop. i KNOW when i put something bad in my mouth that it will cause weight gain, but i eat it anyway. it's not like i don't care, i REALLY do care, a LOT, but i just can't stop it. :sad1:

You ever lost ?

I lost 50-70 lbs twice

I beat you I have lost 70 pounds three times. :sad2:

Know how to lose it , but can't seem to maintain it for long. I also know it has to be a lifestyle change but can't just stick to that. That is why all the surgery in the world wouldn't help unless I can control what and when I eat.

Oh and keeping up the exercise wouldn't hurt either. But I couldn't go to the gym everyday don't have it in me, lazy I guess.
