I called a week or so ago to put a fridge request down for Pop kids medicine. The cm I spoke to said chances are very high that we would have one and "not to worry"
Not sure whether I really believe it or not. I guess we'll see.
I saw another post on here saying they were only offering the $15/night credit to people with a medical need for a fridge that didn't get one, may I ask if that was the case for you, or you just got the credit by asking? We're going to Pop at the end of October and I'm going to be hoping for that credit!
no, it was not a medical need, just a very irritated hubby , who can get nasty on the phone if he wants.
My family and I are at AOA nOw in a LM room. We checked in on August 7. We did online check-in. When I asked the woman at check-in if we could have a fridge she said she would have one sent up to us. After we got to our room and checked in we received a phone call from the lady who checked us in. She asked if we had purchased food yet. I said no (just had stuff that did not need refrigerated) and she advised that I not buy any food. She asked if we had any medical needs and I said we didn't. She said she spoke with her manager and they were only giving fridges to those who had medical needs. She did not mention any monetary compensation and I didn't ask for any. It has been a bit of a pain since we had planned on having breakfast in the room but we are just filling our cooler with ice and dealing with it. Hope this helps someone!

well this stinks. we are checking in to a Cars Suite at AoA in a week. hope they have a fridge in our room.
I stayed in a Cars Suite last weekend and it had a fridge.
I also called last week and asked the chances of having a fridge by sept 6th at POFQ and they said we will have one...
