Reading on some other threads, it says that the AKV in California offer Disney passes on top of the points, rebate, etc. Is this true for DW?

When would be the best time to join AKV...to get the best offer? Wait until the New Year?

The passes are only available through DL. I would say now is the best time to join unless you think a better offer is coming.
