What is the family time in Oceaneer Lab

I have read some where that the family time in the Oceaneer Lab is 5:30, how does this work if you have early seating. Does anyone know if there is an earlier or later time that doesn't run into dinner?

The family times are usually early in the morning before the Club opens for the "regular" drop-offs and in the evening when the kids in the Club are eating dinner at the buffet.
