Questions about the K-duo coffee makers for a full pot

Planning a critical part of our stay - morning coffee! I see our new Tower room will likely have the new K-duo machine. We hate k-cups and will need the full pot. Does the coffee maker do ok? Looks like it is programmable ? We will be bringing coffee from home. Looks like it uses round filters?

We had one at BLT in March and it was a pleasant surprise. We only used the coffee that was given to us and we made a full pot every day. We did run out of coffee and we were given more at no charge. It was great - you’ll enjoy it

ETA……we never used the Kcups one time, but it was nice to know we had them if we wanted them. I’m also not a fan of them

Yes, they use the Mr. Coffee style filters with a flat bottom.

The K-Duo machines are the best of both worlds. The “regular” part works exactly like any other “brew from grounds” coffeemaker, but you have the K-cup option still available for situations where you only need a single cup. DH doesn’t drink coffee, so whether I make a single cup or a whole pot each morning depends on whether we are headed out immediately or hanging around the room for the morning.
