Just curious what the current price of a new purchase of SSR through Disney these days?

Doe anyone know how much of it is sold so far and how close it is to being complete?

the current price is $98 per point. There is a special running right now though for $8 off per point. It is going up on april 1st to $101 per point.

Your first question is a really great one. I heard from a friend of mine that lives in Califronia that they just received an offer from DVC because they're annual pass-holders at Disneyland. It's the same as the expired F&F but it was just sent to them last week. What's up with that??

Just curious. Does anyone have any input? The more I hear about the different offers, the more skepical I get. What happened to DVC being unlike timeshares and having one price for all?

If I'm wrong, just let me know and I'll apologize.

Apologize for what?
You can feel anyway you want about this.

But IMO DVC has never claimed to have "one price for all." There have always been CM discounts, presells to existing members etc... Being a Disneyland AP holders since the early 90s, I would hope they give us discounts that I feel we have earned. "All" are welcome to buy the AP and hence get those same discounts.

But no I have not recieved anything for a AP holder DVC discount.

The Disneyland Backstage publication, which is the new name, I guess, for the DL AP publication, has a one-page spread devoted to DVC. In it, they mention that AP holders get a 15% off discount for purchase of SSR, and it is based on a $101/point price, since the fine print indicates that the starting price is $15,150.
