Where is this from? The offer we received this past weekend was for 40% off Deluxe & Deluxe Villa only.

I would have gladly taken the 35% off Moderates as DD wants to stay at PORFQ for her Bday in December!

The Moderate Resort Bouncebacks were in rooms at the value resorts. We just returned on Monday and we stayed at POFQ and the bounceback in our room was for deluxes and deluxe villas. My son was in a value resort with the marching band and their bouncebacks were for 35% off moderates.

I have to say though, I was disappointed because we are arriving on October 8th and they would only give me the bounceback for the 8th and I couldn't get the rate for my length of stay as in previous times we've used the bounceback.

I found out if you call back you have 14 days to cancel the trip insurance. I was not asked for it when I initially called and I called back three days later to get something else fixed and the CM on the phone told me I have 14 days and she took it off. that and the other CM upgraded our free dining without asking too. Made me a little crabby. So I had to cancel that. Ended up saving me over 300 dollars.

Only if you are going to be staying in the room with them else, it's not a bounceback.

Those are our dates??? What resort was the offer made at and was it 40% for Deluxe??? I've never taken advantage of one before. If you don't get one, who should you call? When Does it typically come bc we leave very early to come home.

There should be a flyer in each room at every resort. We just returned from BC and had one in our room for 40% off deluxe and villas for the dates I listed above. As someone else posted above, the value resorts had a moderate resort bounceback offer. There will be a number to call to book the deal, but you have to book it before your trip ends.

If you don't get one, who should you call?

Call extension 8844 from your resort room BEFORE you check out to ask about BB offers.

There is usually a BB flyer in your resort room or sometimes there's info on the resort TV about any BB offers going on (and FYI, they are not always available, sometimes in between BB promos there are none offered). But if you don't find anything you should call the extension above and ask.

Also some DISers have reported receiving their BB offer on their phone during their stay a day or so after giving their info at check in to be called when their rooms are ready, so if you do that you might watch there also

When I stayed at Value Music resort back in FEb, there was NO flyer in the room but I did call 8844 and got the deal for my stay coming up in Nov. I actually already had a trip booked w/ a 200$ deposit down and told them that so they simply switched it and put it under the bounceback code or whatever and applied the discount. I was good w/ that

When is your next trip? While there for your next trip, call x8844 and see if they can switch it for you. I'm not sure if you would be able to book both Oct and Dec with the bounceback or just one trip. I have never tried to book more than 1 trip with the BB. Good luck.
