What is the Current Bounceback offer? When will it change?

My wife and daughter are planning a trip for early November this year. We will be going for Mardi Gras at PO-FQ in late February. We hae APs and will wait for AP rates for November, but we were wondering if it will be too late to book a reservation for November in late February. If we knew the dates of the current offer and when the offer will end, we may be able to try the bounceback in February. Any help would be appreciated.
