What is the Club Room at the Dolphin ???

We have book the following room at the Dolphin:

Club Floor Non-Smoking, Continental Brkfst, Free Highspeed Internet Access, Evening Hors D'Oeuvres, Turndown Service.


Everyone reccomends that we should request the sixth floor in the East Wing/Why??.
On what floor does the Club room start ?.
If anyone has any pictures of the club room it would be very helpful.Thanks
