What is the "Cinderella Suite?"

I am confused

Is the Cinderella Suite at the castle something people can pay to stay at, or is it only a prize in the million wishes thing?

Has it always been there? Who stays there? Someone school me on this please

right now it is only a prize.

but for the years after this one - I am guessing that they will put 'their guests' (TV, Film) that is hard to guard into this place.
