what is the chicken that is offered in AKL concierge?

i really like the chicken, (chicken nuggets?)can anyone tell me what is the name of it, and where can i taste it again?
 
If they were on a skewer, it would probably be the Durban Chicken that is made for the lounge by BOMA.

I love that stuff!! And as I'm low carbing- I can eat it without guilt...
