What is the BLT Tempo Fountain Website???

We finally received our code to put in our inscription on the Founder's List for the Tempo Fountain at BLT (after much hassling on our part to our guide). Well, now I can't find the paper in our documents that tells the website. I remembered seeing it originally but I can't seem to find it anymore. Can anybody PLEASE tell me the website to go to to put in your inscription? It would be greatly appreciated!!!!

When is the last day to get this done by?

Does anybody else have problems getting in? My husband tried a few days ago and couldn't--I think they said the site was down. I go to the site and it asks me to log in. Once I do, I get 'error with your submission' or something like that. I wonder if it's down again or what?
