What is the better deal?

Hi- we stayed at Pop century last year and LOVED it! We are planning 4 nights at Pop Century towards the end of September- 2 adults and 1 child age 6. What is the better deal? Kids Stay & Play free? or the 30%-40% off late spring/summer? If we book now and free dining comes out later can we change it? Do you have to stay a certain # of nights for free dining? We are flexible with dates. Also what is PIN? is there a thread that explains this? thanks!
