What is the best transfer paper for pictures? HELP!

I have been making picture t-shirts for my parents since my son (11) was young. Lately they start to peel right away. I don't know if the quality of the paper is not good or what! Can anyone recommend a good quality transfer paper? we always wash them inside out and even on gentle.

Thanks so much! I just bought 25 sheets for just over $11 shipped. I have paid that for 10 sheets and if it is as good as you say, I will be getting a great deal! I had made some shirts for our trip and they were cracking as we were wearing them. Needless to say, I was very unimpressed!
