What is the BEST APPETIZER in all of Disney?!

It's a tie for me-

Sticky Wings at Kona

and a new one, calamari at Narcoossee's :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Hand's down, the Smoky Portobello Mushroom Soup at Artist Point.

Two words: Heh. Van. :cloud9:

The garlic shrimp at Spoodles was the best appetizer I have ever had at WDW. The shhrimp are huge and sooooo good!!!:woohoo: :woohoo: :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

I can't pick just one...

-garlic shrimp from Spoodles
-sushi from CA Grill
-fried herb cheese at 50's PT
-cheedar cheese soup with pretzel bread for dipping...Le Cellier

Thanks to my friend, TigerKat, it has to be the mussels at Le Cellier...the pretzel bread with the broth is to die for...

I'm a huge soup person, so another vote for the Chedder Cheese Soup at LeCellier. I t's really a tie between that and the Creamy Lobster soup at the Coral Reef in EPCOT. ANd even though it's simple, I like the mixed green with honey lime dressing at 'Ohana at the Poly. Really light, and sweet but not too sweet. Ya'll, my stomach's rumbling now!!!!:lmao:

At Hollywood Brown Derby - seared sea scallops over barbecued pork belly with corn relish.......I know, I know. It sounds horrible and I probably would not have ordered it either but it was recommended by our waiter and now I can't go back there and not order it!!!! It's delicious.:goodvibes

I also agree about the mussels at Narcoossee's and the portabello soup at Artist Point. They also use to have something on the menu at Jiko that was called Duck and Pork Firecrackers that were great but they are no longer on the menu.:sad1:

Love the mussels at Le Cellier!

And crab cakes anywhere.

Can't believe no one mentioned the salmon appetizer at Les Chefs...It is soooooooooooo delish!

The grilled chicken, onion marmalade and gruyere cheese with a smoky chipotle aioli (sp) at California Grill. I could have eaten this as my meal alone and would have been VERY happy!!

I had this in April and was so tasting it when I went back in June and was disappointed that it was not on the menu.

They do not serve it anymore, but my fav appetizer of all time is Goombay Shrimp from the old restaraunt at Carribbena beach, now Shutters.
I think it was called Old Port Royale restaurant.
