I'm a huge soup person, so another vote for the Chedder Cheese Soup at LeCellier. I t's really a tie between that and the Creamy Lobster soup at the Coral Reef in EPCOT. ANd even though it's simple, I like the mixed green with honey lime dressing at 'Ohana at the Poly. Really light, and sweet but not too sweet. Ya'll, my stomach's rumbling now!!!!
At Hollywood Brown Derby - seared sea scallops over barbecued pork belly with corn relish.......I know, I know. It sounds horrible and I probably would not have ordered it either but it was recommended by our waiter and now I can't go back there and not order it!!!! It's delicious.
I also agree about the mussels at Narcoossee's and the portabello soup at Artist Point. They also use to have something on the menu at Jiko that was called Duck and Pork Firecrackers that were great but they are no longer on the menu.
The grilled chicken, onion marmalade and gruyere cheese with a smoky chipotle aioli (sp) at California Grill. I could have eaten this as my meal alone and would have been VERY happy!!
I had this in April and was so tasting it when I went back in June and was disappointed that it was not on the menu.
They do not serve it anymore, but my fav appetizer of all time is Goombay Shrimp from the old restaraunt at Carribbena beach, now Shutters.
I think it was called Old Port Royale restaurant.
